Did my Friday night out...should have stuck to wine but had 3 mudslides. Danced a lot so I burned some serious calories. Gonna have to exercise hard this week!!

Today's exercise.....
Ab Crunches....3 sets of 25
Arm curls with 6 lb weights...50 each
wall push ups...3 sets of 20
Waist twists with 6 lb weights..25 each side
jumping jacks....50 (its a start)
Running in place 5 min. no stopping (it's a start)
***Does 12 min. of tanning and sweating like crazy burn calories???***
I really hope to work hard to increase my jumping jacks and my running. I have an "issue" with one of my legs and it's prevented me from doing many exercises. ( I can't do the eliptical because of this and its my favorite machine).

Day 1 on the 1300 calorie diet and I went over by 53cals. I will do better tomorrow for sure. Have to change my foods around a little bit. Learning to portion and watch carbs. Always room for adjustment.
