1820 kcal Fat: 72.66g | Prot: 152.71g | Carb: 145.76g.   Breakfast: protein powder, Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter, hard boild eggs, skim milk. Lunch: Lite Mozzarella String Cheese, miracle whip, Chicken Leg, whole wheat bread. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten), Peak Protein Original Granola, chobani strawberry banana. Snacks/Other: vanilla chai, Cooked Green Cabbage, Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips, vanilla chai. more...
