I need help!
DITTO!!! I eat when I first get up and count it as breakfast as well but it's hardly ever "breakfast" food haha so my sister always laughs when I record eating grilled chicken or a salad for breakfast
It normally balances out unless I eat a "meal" meal before heading to bed.

Artificial Sweetner
I've heard many many times that overdoing the substitute sweetners are pretty unhealthy. There are some pretty gnarly side effects too. Imagine taking a carb blocker and then having a piece of cake. Your body doesn't know what it is because of the blocker. It can't absorb it or utilize it in anyway so it basically just breaks down in your body; not reducing- just picking up bile and storing air so that you'll get bloated, nauseus, diarreha and headaches all because you just really wanted the cake. No bueno. Of course that scenario is if you seriously over do it lol.

Artificial Sweetner
I'm on Atkins and the literature says to steer clear of them as much as possible but lists splenda as the one to use since it's made from sugar. I have a recipe for a flax muffin that I LOVE but I have found that I prefer the splenda flavor over the sweetnlow. Truvia is a good one too.

green tea?
I've been at a stall for over a month now. I'm not gaining (thank GOD) but I'm also not losing.... anything...
A girl at work told me about trying green tea or at least a green tea supplement to kindof kickstart my diet again. I've already lost 40 pounds but I still have 25 more to lose :-/ should I just stay the course and hope for the best? I feel I should try something new.
