What exercising will reduce breast size quicker?
Girly I totally and completely get where your coming from!! Im a 40C and I mean a FULL C pushing a D! I have no butt, chicken legs and a tummy and giantic boobs! The only thing large about me is my boobs. Ive lost 20 lbs since Nov and Ive seen a differnce in the inchs and chest muscles have become toned but as far as cup size i have had NO luck. I wish I serioulsy could because on me the last thing to go is my boobs. It SUCKS! I mean when I reach my 120 lb goal I am going to look like a bimbo! LOL I mean it will look like I have HUGE breast implants with out them. Its all natural and it sucks trying to find any shirts! or bras for that matter! I mean Im a 7 in jeans in the juniors section but in the shirts im a XL sometimes even a XXL because of my bust! UGH I hate it! Sad The only thing that floats in the water is my bust lol. So totally I get where your coming from. I guess the only thing we can do it learn to flaunt it and become confident with our busts. I mean at least our men will like it... Smile But seriously if you find a magic workout that takes from the bust please email me! SmileBecause I work out 5-7 days a week. Usually 5, 3 days of weights, 2 days of water aerobics and usually a 5 mile walk everynight. So i thin it may be something we live with or get a breast reduction.

run 10 min @ 5 mph and bump up 2 7.0 mph for 1 min. walk 10 min at 3.0 repeat for 1 hour or until you have went 5 miles.
