Cottage cheese
Yum! Those all sound amazing, thankyou for all of the replies. I think I am gonna try bacon bits and roasted jalapeno for snack tomorrow.

Cottage cheese
I decided to try adding cottage cheese into my diet because it is high in protien. Well after trying it, it is not so tasty by itself. Anyway I don't want to waste the rest of it, so does anyone know of a good recipe for cottage cheese?

Has anyone heard of or tried the Homeopathic HCG weight loss program
This diet, in my opinion, is a waste of money and could possible kill you. As said before in earlier posts about HCG, you can starve yourself for free. Tskamanian, you said that you TRANSITION from the 500 calorie diet to "eating fresh fruits, veggies, clean protein, healthy fats and to exercise regularly." Why not start doing all of that instead of the 500 calorie diet? As long as your burning more calories than you are taking in you will loose weight. You will not get immediate results like everyone wants, but the best things in life take time. Also, how narrow-minded of you to compare cancer with obesity! Obesity is curable, cancer isnt.

Little things you notice when losing weight
I have definition in my arms more than I did when I did swim team and water polo back in high school. The flab between my boob and armpit (you know what I am talking about) is almost nonexistant! I can see some definition on my stomach and went from a size 12 to a size 8 (sometimes 6) in jeans.
