Frustrated. I know my clothes are loser and i feel more toned, but my weight isn't budging. Hoping for a loss in the next few weeks...

Today would have been a perfect day if I hadn't gone out to lunch...could have saved more calorie by not drinking that beer with dinner too.

So upsetting. It's my time of the month, plus I'm sick. I also think that eating so much protein made me crave carbs (probably also hormonal). Suffice it to say, the last day was a waste of carb overload--not even that much sweets, just bread and crackers.
I am going to modify my original plan of attack. Cut down on meat. Cut down on calories. Parameters:
Goals:
Protein every day.
1200-1400 calories a day (target 90% of RDI)
500 calorie deficit/day.

Disappointed I haven't lost, but I am trying to adhere to my new goals: Daily deficit of 500 cals, and at least 30% protein (40-30-30 is ideal). Keeping weighing in every morning and tracking once per week (Fridays).
