Wow. Today was nearly perfect food wise. I was very mindful about every decision and didn't feel deprived at all.

Current goals (7/14/11):
protein percentage ~30-40%
daily defecit = 500 MOST of the time; track activity at work (but standing and walking only) and working out.
Avoid eating a sweet in the middle of the day--save it for the evening, when you will want it. All in all, fine day in terms of the carb/protein break down; still a little snacky (also, the wine didn't help).

Good day, nice workout. Too snacky, probably due to not eating enough early in the day. Otherwise, good day.

Being sick threw things off for the past week...but I still lost, at least.
Weigh-in:
126.8 lb
lost so far:
6.2 lb
still to go:
11.8 lb
Diet followed poorly
losing 0.7 lb a week

Got violently ill with an infection and then once I regained my appetite, wanted to eat a TON of salt....weigh in today out of curiousity yielded 129! That cannot be accurate...will weigh in every morning until the numbers stabilize (still recording once X week).
I really need to get back on track...weight loss has stalled.
