So upsetting. It's my time of the month, plus I'm sick. I also think that eating so much protein made me crave carbs (probably also hormonal). Suffice it to say, the last day was a waste of carb overload--not even that much sweets, just bread and crackers.

I am going to modify my original plan of attack. Cut down on meat. Cut down on calories. Parameters:

Goals:

Protein every day.
1200-1400 calories a day (target 90% of RDI)
500 calorie deficit/day.
