I need to develop a plan for weekends/trips. I always go way off track and stop tracking food. Will work on that this week.

Slept in. Worked today. Ate chipotle at 3pm, so wasn't hungry for dinner. Horrible day in terms of balanced eating.

New workout schedule is going very well. Goal: get in the gym or workout 4/6 days (before next training session). Weigh-in every other day.
