Weight loss seems to have stalled (and maybe even ticked up a bit?) I'm at 127 right now, and I'm not sure if I'm eating too much or too little...I think I'll bump my RDI down to 1400 (from 1500) because I think I might be missing some calories and getting closer to 1600. Going to shoot for about 1300, and also try to get 65g of protein a day. We'll see where that gets me in a week.

This week has not been awful, but I keep going a little over my RDI. My toughest time of day is night, when I get back from work. It's also important to really think about what I want to eat, how hungry I am, and do I really want this right now?

Re-weigh tomorrow; ate a lot last night...feeling a bit stalled. Haven't lost much over the past two weeks. Seems like I'm stuck around 126.

Surprised I haven't gained. I've been getting a lot of exercise, but my cravings (chocolate, cheese, SALT) are out of control. Goal for the next week: lower fat intake, target to get at least 30% protein. Caloric intake in between 1300 and 1500.
