Temptation
I have biggg issues with will power when it comes to food. Especially sweets! Hi-5 ing myself for my self control today. Someone on my bus was selling my favorite candy bar of all time MILK CHOCALATE WORLDS FINEST CHOCOLATE CANDY BARS! I put it in caps to give it it's proper respect. Haha. Anywayyy I was drooling at the sight of the box and even sat near the person selling it. I gave myself all these reasons to avoid buying it saying "maybe it's stale. Maybe it melted and they had to refreeze it -maybe the person selling it isn't a nice person. " And it worked. I closed my eyes and went to sleep. And to top it all off (its that time of the month -shhh) and I Just said No! to chocolate!! Yayyy me!

Fasting for Lent
Lent is for 46 days this year and I have 18 more to go. I gave up coffee which I haven't really missed. Soda- which I have decided to remove from my lifestyle for good- so long Pepsi! We've shared some great times. And alcohol. Ok I can't wait to have a glass of wine and an almaretto sour. Everyone thinks I'm crazy to have sacrificed soda, coffee, and alcohol for 46 days but I do feel good. Problem however is I still haven,t dug deep enough to fill my self with good snacks and more portion control. Spring is here and I'm no further along in weight loss than winter. Ugghhhhh!

Fasting for lent
No. I only gave up the drinks i mentioned. And I've committed to every Wednesday until Lent is over not to eat any meals between 5a-5p.

Fasting for lent
Fasting for lent for the last 3 days has went well so far. 46 days with no coffee,soda, or alcohol is the goal. So far so good- I don't miss any of it. However, eating choices this weekend won't be good with a best friend visiting from out of town, a baby shower and a kids birthday party to attend! Ughhh!
