"You are losing x # lbs a week"
Just checked ...
My very first weigh in was Sunday, January 4, at 163. On Monday, the 5th, I entered in that I was following the Mediterranean diet. It started me over even though I didn't want it to and the weight was the same. This morning I entered in the 160. Even if it is only 6 days, it doesn't make sense that one day more or less would equal 5 lbs.
Ah, well, it doesn't really matter if I'm not entering things in incorrectly.

"You are losing x # lbs a week"
I believe it was Monday to Monday. Just curious if I was entering things incorrectly. I don't expect to lose 3 lbs every week. I assume that most of it was water weight.

"You are losing x # lbs a week"
Greetings!
I just started with Fat Secret last week and my first challenge. My starting weight was 163. Mid week, I logged a weight of 161.2, I think, and assumed water weight loss.
Today I logged what I consider my first official weight for the end of the first week of the challenge and my first week with FS ... 160. A pop up window said I was losing 8 lbs a week and would reach my goal weight in 3 weeks.
How in the world could it calculate that? Not even the most mathematically challenged 3rd grader would get 163 - 160 = 8 in a week's time. And I don't even want to lose 8 lbs a week since I know it is unhealthy.
Can anyone explain how it calculated that?
Thanks!
Robin

Can I add a food not listed?
Thank you so much! I don't have very many that I think I will try to add. My personal "secret" to eating is to find 2-3 things I like for each meal and eat just that. Make sure I have it on hand and then I don't have to think about it. Shall I have cottage cheese and fruit or yogurt and fruit for breakfast?
