Ketosis? Could someone please explain to me why I am in high ketosis and NOT losing weight!!!
I have to agree with the ladies above. Although i can understand your situation to a degree because that is where I am. However, I am noticing your carbs are really not that low. I can't see your net carbs but just looking at total carbs that is a lot more carbohydrate than what I would consider low carb.
