How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Daily and I dont recommend it! I do it for a doctor. I recommend no more than once a week to avoid scale sadness!

diabetic
As a diabetic I was keeping my carbs VERY low... lost 25-30 lbs and then stopped losing. Fasting, lowering carbs even more, exercise, trying zero carbs. I could not lose! I ended up in the hospital for my heart (nothing to do with diet or diabetes). My main nurse that I now see regularly is also diabetic. She recommended I add some carbs to each meal. I dont mean veggies. The dreaded carbs. So I added 1/2 brown rice or a fruit, some greak yogurt, etc to each day. The scale started up again! Good luck!
