I am a 59 female and live in New Zealand.
Have yoyo dieted for all my adult life and think I have finally found the answer to my particular needs. I am eating low carb high protein/fat and am now beginning to lose weight again.
Better still I am not hungry.

I'm going to try this Atkins thing:)
I am following a low carb lifestyle and it is wonderful for pain. Since starting I have gone off all pain meds, was taking Gabapentin which is strong. I don't eat anything with sugar, that's processed or has wheat. For me this is perfect and it is so easy to stay on, just eat real food. Please don't think I am saying anyone should eat this way, just sharing what is working for me.
