Hi Everyone! My name is Tasha & I am finally back. I gained a little weight and I am looking to drop more than ever before. My son is now 3 years old so my excuses are tiring. I am 161 lbs. & my first goal is 140-145. I had a daily workout partner before my pregnancy but I recently moved in with my fiance & find it harder to keep up w/ things. iM starting my nutrional diet first & waiting until it is well established before I begin a work out routine.
