What to say. I'm a pretty normal guy, but an over-busy lifestyle has left me precious little time to keep myself in shape. As a result, I've put on weight and lost a LOT of muscle tone. Hopefully with a little support and some dedication, I can get back into the shape I was when I was 16. Here's to hoping!
