Great!! I've been drinking at least 4 20oz bottles of water daily... some days, more!! It's still gross in the a.m. though, LOL.

How much ml is 8 glasses???
I get the flavor packets that you put into the bottle of water. The ones I have are only 5 calories. With them I can drink way more water than I ever would if I didn't have them. I hate plain water. ...

living healthy
drinking water b4 a meal helps me reduce my appetite but an hour later am hungry again. time to drink another glass.

That's sounds great SunRunner. I absolutely love water so taking this challenge is almost cheating...taking half of my weight in ounces of water? Now that's a challenge! :)

it's filling
Drinking the water before i eat my meals has REALLY helped me eat less. it's pretty cool. :idea: though it's a little hard to make myself do it.
