Just did beach body 2 day fast and lost weight, like 4 lbs but obviously its because it was a fast. I am afraid to eat actual food and watch the numbers go up. watching portions and really trying to measure out my food...measuring out peanut butter was a pain it just seemed like so little but it was filling enough. I'm trying to only drink water and milk since far to many things don't taste right unless I drink it with milk but I won't record a weigh in until tomorrow at least. Really gotta stop looking at the scale EVERY time I go into the bathroom. This time around the fast wasn't torturous like it usually is, except for last night I was up till 2am selfishly reading Roswell fanfiction and my stomach was growling so loud my daughter woke up a few times. I've slacked on working out but I was feeling weak from not eating, and this week is hectic with school starting and everybody returning to work leaving the time I actually have to workout limited.

I dunno how many times I heard that your stomach is only about the size of your fist, but yesterday I started looking at my food in relational size to my fist. Goodness I eat a lot when I think about it like that. Today for lunch I kept the portions small but I'm still a bit hungry, but I am content...I certainly couldn't eat all my meals like this but maybe one, and with the shakeology shakes in the morning I do feel deprived I even felt faint one day but it passed. I'm hoping to keep at this for at least a week or at least until that 2-day fast from beach body

I cheated, I weighed in many times and was actually heavier than my original weigh in. BUT, these were times such as after dinner where I was full. I was embarrassed, I am so close to the heaviest weight I've ever been and even surpassing it...high school days were ick. So I held off, my grandparents left and all the heavy cooking stopped. Half a pound is very small, I'd even say insignificant except for how happy I was to see 176 rather than 177 even acknowledging the .5lb. And I'm bloated from my monthly so this makes me very happy. Knowing I was here even for a portion of one day makes further weight loss seem more possible. My mother ordered a 2 day fast from beach body, hopefully this is a bit of a jumpstart...well see.

Shakeology...I don't want to do too much at once, it's a bad habit of mine but replacing one meal a day with shakeology is simple. It doesn't taste bad, well the green shake is horrible to me the but the vegan fruit shake and the chocolate shake is ok with some added things. I don't do either with plain water, for the vegan fruit shake I make it a smoothie, orange juice instead of water, some banana and strawberry and ice-done. For the chocolate shake I just use whole milk, and I cannot drink it in under 30 secs...I'd be teasing myself so I sip it. Makes me feel like I and actually getting full off something. Anyway my grandparents are here but once they're gone I plan to start this up. so as soon as thursday for me but as late as next monday. Hopefully that paired with working out 3x a week will produce weight loss results. I only hope I have patients with myself, and discipline
