Just did beach body 2 day fast and lost weight, like 4 lbs but obviously its because it was a fast. I am afraid to eat actual food and watch the numbers go up. watching portions and really trying to measure out my food...measuring out peanut butter was a pain it just seemed like so little but it was filling enough. I'm trying to only drink water and milk since far to many things don't taste right unless I drink it with milk but I won't record a weigh in until tomorrow at least. Really gotta stop looking at the scale EVERY time I go into the bathroom. This time around the fast wasn't torturous like it usually is, except for last night I was up till 2am selfishly reading Roswell fanfiction and my stomach was growling so loud my daughter woke up a few times. I've slacked on working out but I was feeling weak from not eating, and this week is hectic with school starting and everybody returning to work leaving the time I actually have to workout limited.
