I cheated, I weighed in many times and was actually heavier than my original weigh in. BUT, these were times such as after dinner where I was full. I was embarrassed, I am so close to the heaviest weight I've ever been and even surpassing it...high school days were ick. So I held off, my grandparents left and all the heavy cooking stopped. Half a pound is very small, I'd even say insignificant except for how happy I was to see 176 rather than 177 even acknowledging the .5lb. And I'm bloated from my monthly so this makes me very happy. Knowing I was here even for a portion of one day makes further weight loss seem more possible. My mother ordered a 2 day fast from beach body, hopefully this is a bit of a jumpstart...well see.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
