I dunno how many times I heard that your stomach is only about the size of your fist, but yesterday I started looking at my food in relational size to my fist. Goodness I eat a lot when I think about it like that. Today for lunch I kept the portions small but I'm still a bit hungry, but I am content...I certainly couldn't eat all my meals like this but maybe one, and with the shakeology shakes in the morning I do feel deprived I even felt faint one day but it passed. I'm hoping to keep at this for at least a week or at least until that 2-day fast from beach body
