I had a chemistry test that threw me off everything in every way. It's truly like a full time job, I study all the time and I still barely understand it at all. I get so tired from working out I would sleep while studying so I kinda stopped working out a bit and now I have only two free days to even squeeze in a workout since I am finally staring another class in two days. I've offically hit a plateau though, I did a fast that took me to 163 but the moment I inhaled an ounce of food I was right back at 167.5. And with halloween coming up candy is everywhere I'm weak against the temptation. I stopped keeping track of my food simply because I know I am pigging out and over indulging. once halloween is gone I'm good cuz I actually hate thanksgiving food, every year I only eat stuffing

So I'm at the weight I was before I was pregnant, yay lost the baby weight...now the real hard part. The weight I am now is the lowest weight I've been in my post puberty life, I've had a hell of a time trying to lose weight from this point. And I'm also sick, unlike most of the general public who lose their appetite when sick I gain a vicious appetite and I'm too fevered to workout, being sick could undo the progress I've made but so far that's not the case and I've been sick since Friday.
I've gotten bored with the repetitiveness of Zumba, though the DVD has 6 or 7 DVDs to it I only do 4 of the workouts. I've done the old school tae Bo workouts, on VHS and boy it makes me feel old knowing I used to do it in school for PE.
