Hello Everyone,

I am 26 years old and live in Southern California. I joined this list to get back down to my post boot camp weight of 135lbs. I started at 162lbs and am going back to the gym in full force. This is the first time I have written down and tracked my weight and activities.

Currently, I am going to 24 hour fitness and doing one or two cardio classes a night.
