Am feeling a bit uncomfortable with regard to my weight loss and this is a great thing as the more I feel uncomfortable the better it is in that I am focusing on things that are positive.

Still going to OA and I find this to be a great program as I feel better all the time because of it.

Today is a good day and I am doing a good job with all of my different chores and that is a good thing plus my mandolin playing is doing well.

Doing better as I was a bit depressed but feel much better now. Always something to think about but have to keep focused on the prize of being abstinent.
