I think I ate too much but am trying to change my diet a little so I get more protein in the morning which makes me feel better when I do.

Went to a barbecue and ate way too much food but had a good time so that is good and am still on my diet. I only weigh myself every 2 weeks or so.

had 2 oatmeal cookies at work as I was upset and they nearly killed
me as they were full of too much sugar and oil
