Father is going into a rest home so have to be sharp today and keep strong for my family.

Problems with my Father as he is in the hospital and talk about wanting to be an emotional eater. Just have to make sure I fill out my information for my intake of calories.

Have to work over time today and this is hard on my diet as I get
tempted to eat more so will have to be careful and use my head and
not overeat.

I don't weigh myself on a daily basis and only weigh myself every 2 weeks as it is too much stress to see that scale go up and down and wonder what is going wrong. I used this as a guidline to make sure I am not overeating.

Have been going to OA on a weekly basis and I find that my weight gain is connected to my anxiety in life so need to do the OA and I enjoy it.

Weigh-in: 182.3 lb

lost so far: 50.7 lb

still to go: 32.3 lb

Diet followed reasonably well
