Really felt depressed with regard to my weight and what was going on in my life but I am working with my HP to get this all taken care of.

182.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Patrick, You are on the right track. Just devote yourself to losing the weight. I've been on my new diet for 3 weeks. I'm really encouraged by the weight loss so far. I was having a terrible time of it until I went to see a weight loss doctor. He did a talk about diet and exercise and also gave me some pills to curb hunger. Those have really helped. I've gone from about 3500 calories a day to about 1500 or 1600. Do it without pills if you can. If not, I recommend you see a doctor for some help. Best of luck.

I see that you want to be 150 pounds. Is that a reasonable expectation? That's pretty light. With only 32 pounds to go, you could be there in 3 or 4 months if you devote yourself to it.
