This is my journey to becoming healthy. I have been on WW for about a month...Not really seeing the results I have hoped for. I realize I didn't put this weight on overnight and it won't take overnight to loose it. I hope that I can find a friend on here to help with the everyday struggles. I am emotional eater. I get mad and I stuff my face. This is not a good cycle for me. I am trying to change all of this along with trying to quit smoking (with the help of an e-cig).

Chinese Takeway
When I order Chinese....I always get the Steamed Chicken and mixed veggies(steamed). Then I only eat about a 1/4 of the rice and chicken and veggies. I don't know about the nutritional value tho but with WW it is like 6 pts. I hope this helped
