Have been journaling on the site since January 4, and just now have gotten around to discovering the forums. I am 39 (turning 40 in August) and have 2 boys and have been married 14 years this July. I have gained 37 pounds over the last 2 years due to stress basically and am looking forward to getting myself back in shape. I am fortunate to have found this site.
