Write down what you eat

Guidelines:
Writing down what we eat helps us so much. First of all we do not want to write down all the junk food, high calorie foods, and high point foods, but we must be honest, or writing it down is just fooling our self. Writing down what we eat helps us to look back at the good days and bad days, that way we can see what we did right, or what went wrong. I look at my past good days for ideas of what I ate, so when I get in a rut, I can find what worked for me before. Writing it down is the way to go. Keep up with your journal and write down everything that you put in your mouth, you will be surprised how much it helps you.
