performance: losing 1.5 lb a week
I have been struggling with my weight ever since my sophomore year in HS. I've always had really thin friends and being around them constantly made me feel like a whale. No matter how much I would exercise or eat clean nothing seemed to work for me. I realized that I was just being impatient and needed to give losing weight some time. After finally realizing that weight loss isn't going to happen overnight I started to feel a little bit better about myself. I also was told by my thinner framed friends that they wished they had a body like mine instead of one like the one they had. My ultimate goal is to get back down into the 170's. Taking it slow currently. Trying to lose a few pounds a month, eat cleaner and exercise more often.
