Hello ! Good past 7 days! Did not go OTT with junk food or alcohol; actually decreased the consumption compared to the past 2 months' habits. Then plenty of activity : jogging, bike, walking and yoga. This is good, real good!

How great it feels to get the body working out! I had slowed down my exercising to "maybe" one running session every 2 to 3 weeks...and doing not much more...And I started to feel sooo sluggish...damn it!
First week back to training, and I am feeling sooooooo good! Let's not slip again...

Back!
After around 5 months off the site, decided to get some healthy routines back in my life. For the moment, I will not focus on recording every bit of food, but eat more sensibly : cut down junk food, less carbs. But I'll record my exercice. Training will start next for a 20kms (date: 24th of May). Let's do it well! xx

Hello Journal! Long time no hear; no recording. Not too proud of that, but all in all I have been watching myself, and exercised regularly. No change in weight though. I had almost abandoned mentally about doing the 20kms race on Oct 14th. With a great 2 weeks of diving holiday I had been less regular on the running, slipped a few important training sessions...
But since last week I got back on the treadmill, jogging outdoors...Last night 12.5 kms on the treadmill, steady pace. Regained my confidence, so I think I can definitely do it!
I'll put in another 4 running sessions between now and the race: 2 jogs of 5-6 kms, one run of about 11-12kms, and a long session of 17-18kms.

Hi Journal. I have been terrible at keeping track of my food intake and exercise for the past 10 days. Off on holiday on the roads of France for almost 1 week, I had switched off all web devices ...and gave into too many excesses. And with daily temperatures as high as 38 degrees celsius, I only went for 1 jog (40 minutes). Got a few kios to lose now....but had a wonderful time!
Back to work!
