Hello ! Good past 7 days! Did not go OTT with junk food or alcohol; actually decreased the consumption compared to the past 2 months' habits. Then plenty of activity : jogging, bike, walking and yoga. This is good, real good!
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
