I'm a 5'6" 22 year old college student who is just trying to change my lifestyle completely. I live in Virginia, USA. I decided to change my life in 2011 when I realized I was unhappy, also my clothes weren't fitting. My start weight was 216lbs and I lost 25 pounds in the summer of 2011 then plateaued all of 2012 and now I've finally started losing the weight again. I want to make workouts a normal daily routine. I also don't think I've ever looked as much as I weigh, my body naturally distributes the weight. I was very lucky. But I want to be happy with myself. I strive to be healthy and fit. I know I can do it, it will just take time and effort :)
