Thanks Sararay! I wanted to go to Whole Foods on my way home tonight, but it was pouring rain here and I just couldn't do it. Tomorrow for sure!

I need help giving up coffee!!!
OMG!! There is nothing I miss more than my coffee. The smell of it brewing in the office drives me crazy, but I've stopped cold turkey and have been off it for the last 3 months. Now I saw your post and can't believe there is something else out there. How does it taste? I see they carry it at a Whole Foods close to me. I'm sooo excited!

Hi there,

I'm counting calories too! I did it about three years ago and lost 40 pounds! I just didn't maintain at all like I should have. I don't like to go overboard, I'm too busy and it's too hard. Eat less and move more is my motto and it works it really does. I think that if you stay within the range of 1200 to 1500 calories you will be doing well. Shoot for the 1200 but if you edge to the 1500 one day, that's okay. Drink lots of water and MOVE! I know my job has me sitting ALL DAY LONG and it's hard to remember to move.
