Name is Amanda & I'm a 31 year old stay at home mom to 2 kiddos. My story is the same as pretty much everyone else... I've always been overweight. My highest weight was around 350-360 when I delivered my youngest child. I've dieted & lost weight many times in my adult life but always failed miserably in keeping it off. January 2013 was a turning point for me and I began what I refer to as "operation healthy me". It started with overhauling my diet and eventually I added exercise. I ended up losing a total of 110 pounds. I put on a few pounds over over the holidays but I'm back at it again & right now I'm doing the 30 Day Shred in combination with counting calories.
