2 days before weigh in. This is week 5 of my wellness plan and I hope to see some results on Saturday!

Wednesday, results are not showing as fast as i would like! I am committed to the wellness plan and having a hard day staying focused on the prize at the end of the tunnel....

Finished week 4 of my wellness plan and in total I have lost 14.5 pounds and 15.5 inches. I am pretty proud about my progress. 5 more weeks before my trip to Las Vegas and I hope to have the 20 pounds off at least!

Finished week 3 of my wellness plan and I am proud to have lost 12.4 pounds and 4 inches off my waist...yeah....I feel so much better inside and out!
I wore a spring dress and felt nice and slim of course I wore my undergarmets to hold in the buldges...lol but I had the courage to wear it!

Wednesday and started week 3 of my diet and wellness plan. I went tot he gym with my husband last night and did about 1 hour of cardio. It felt really good to do something together and I burned 250 calories. I a=want to get my weight down from 170's this week. So i am increasing my exercise for the next 3 days before weigh in time to try to lose at least 3 pounds....
