I weighed in at 162.5 this weekend and my goal for this week is to weigh 159 by Saturday! I am using the adkins diet, walking for exerise,and drinking lots of water and tea!

Weigh-in: 162.0 lb

lost so far: 18.0 lb

still to go: 12.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

As I sign up for a couple of new Challenges I realize that it is time to do my body measurements and start keeping a record of inches lost. The weight is only one measure but inches is another.

May 30 and I have fallen off the weight loss wagon. I am ready to stabalize myself again and set new goals. I weigh 166 on Saturday and my goal is to drop 26 pounds by my birthday. I want to weigh 140 pound on my 41 Birthday.

still to go: 16.0 lb
