Wednesday and started week 3 of my diet and wellness plan. I went tot he gym with my husband last night and did about 1 hour of cardio. It felt really good to do something together and I burned 250 calories. I a=want to get my weight down from 170's this week. So i am increasing my exercise for the next 3 days before weigh in time to try to lose at least 3 pounds....
