Today, I woke feeling rested and ready to stay focused on my goals for the week. Eat right, sleep enough, exercise, and stay positive. This week goal, to drop 2 pounds and detox.

Sept 4th.
I am starting week two of the weight loss challenge. I feel good to have coworkers supporting me. We are working out with Hips and Abs training, Zumba, and spin during our lunch breaks.
