Thighs and tums!
Pilates is a great way to tone and build lean muscle and it's focused on building strong core muscles. Try to sign up for a class 2-3 times a week. If you can afford it go for one on one classes so you can focus on your problem areas.

I found that I lost loads of centimeters around my waist and hips, but its an great all round workout. There is no way to spot train a certain muscle group so just keep that in mind.
