Breakfast burritos and doughnuts at work this morning! Im not gonna give in but my willpower is being tested… At least I have the calorie counter so I can put all of this junk in there and see how bad it really is. That is what saved me from blowing my diet for today.

Feel like Ive been giving 100% this week but still am stuck at the same weight. Im determined to push past this plateau but its hard when you are cutting calories and doing 2 workouts a day and still see no results on the scale. I know the scale is not everything but getting a little (ok a lot) frustrated anyway.

Went to the Stars game last night instead of spin class… Avoided the nachos but had 2 beers. … Hit the gym hard at lunch to make up for missing my PM workout. Tonight’s big challenge will be dinner at grandma’s house and lots of great home cooked food. I’m bringing veggies and dip for an appetizer along with my fat free dressing. I’m planning on a big salad with some of the good stuff on the side.
