I tried out a new running group this morning, and am glad they run at a good (but not too fast) pace. I ran with a girl who is a minute faster than me, and kept up with her for 5 miles. And then....she was gone. This is exactly what I need! Will make me a stronger runner. Met our youngest for coffee which was a nice way to finish the morning. Came home and did yard work with my hubby.
Want a glass of wine....but want a good weigh in more!!!!

Thursday... another good day. I stayed the course yesterday and the weight gained from the cheet day (plus a couple additional ounces) is gone. I may not have a dramatic drop by next weigh in, but I will have a drop. Steady forward progress.
I am staying positive and staying determined and disciplined! And am looking forward to soon getting into clothes I wore last year...

Feeling Good. Yesterday was a cheat day. We had company for dinner and I enjoyed the nice dinner I had prepared. And the wine our guests brought, too! I only jumped back up a pound today and as I am eating clean today I know it will disappear again soon.

Yesterday morning was 146....but fluctuations are just part of this. By August I will be in the 130s. That is an aggressive goal...but I am determined.

Happy to say...10 miles done! I am slow but I still have endurance. Took a photo at 10 mile mark...and can't figure out how to add it. But sometimes the android app is wonky so maybe I'll try later from my pc.
