I tried out a new running group this morning, and am glad they run at a good (but not too fast) pace. I ran with a girl who is a minute faster than me, and kept up with her for 5 miles. And then....she was gone. This is exactly what I need! Will make me a stronger runner. Met our youngest for coffee which was a nice way to finish the morning. Came home and did yard work with my hubby.
Want a glass of wine....but want a good weigh in more!!!!
