I got sick
I entered what I ate. the special k protein drink was disgusting and I made myself drink half of it. Had a home made tunafish sandwich

I ended up expelling my breakfast unexpectedly about a hour later. I don't think it was the sandwich because I had it yesterday with no issues.

My question is..how do I know where I stand in calorie count ect? do i mark it down by half? or do i mark it to 0 after that point. And I am not touching those special K shakes again lol

It drives me nuts that I eat normal family meals for 1 day and 1 dessert and gain 2 pounds. While it takes a week to gain 1 to 2 pounds.
