Would like to hear from those who have just joined.
Hi Ruth Marie! I've just joined as well. I think the key for me is going to be keeping it simple. I just need to increase exercise and decrease calories in. I've always done so much better when I write EVERYTHING down that I'm eating. If I don't, it's just too easy to eat way more than I intended to. I need to stop bringing the bad stuff into my house. Period. My family may not like it, but they need to eat healthier too, so I don't feel bad about that. I have videos I can do at home to exercise when it's convenient for me, and I do have access to a gym (in the same building even) at work, so I really don't have an excuse! I have so many clothes that I can't wait to get into, just like you. And I have a job that I need to dress nicely for, but I have been dressing "frumpy" because I don't have many nice clothes, and it was easier to just throw a t-shirt and sweat pants on. I want to be able to do things with my kids like going to the beach... That's my motivation. Good luck to you!
