South Beach Diet is what I know and love and when my weight gets out of control from over indulgence, I always revert back tto old faithful Phase 1 to drop weight quickly. I generally lose 8-14 lbs in 2 weeks. Phase 2 helps me lose 2 lbs per week. It really works. Sticking to maintaining my weight is my difficulty.
