Feeling really motivated to exercise this week. Really want to lose the 30 pounds buy July 4th!
Monday: Started Week 1 of C25K again, then walked an additional 15 minutes for a total time of 45 minutes. Plan on doing it again on Wednesday and Friday.
Tuesday: Did 60 minutes of Hills (Walking)on the Treadmill. Hoping to do Cardio Max when I get home but we will see what happens.

Day 3 of Challenge: Updated for 4/13
Goa1 1: Stayed within WW points (achieved)
Goal 2: Stayed away from alch. (achieved)
Goal 3: Exercised (60 minutes fat burn program on treadmill (2 of 4 completed)

Goal: Stayed in ww points (achieved)
Goal 2: Stayed away from alcohol (achieved)
Goal 3: Exercise (no) Still can reach weekly goal though.
Today is going well: Start C25K plan on following this plan and adding a little more exercise weekly.

Day One of Challenge:
Goal 1: Stayed within the WW point allowance but really did not eat healthy.
Goal 2: Alcohol Free was eazy after blow out
Goal 3: Exercise did not complete but still can reach weekly goal
