Had another good day yesterday foodwise! Was 1 point over my WW points but calorie intake was under 1300. Did not get any exercise in yesterday. I have felt completely drained the past 2 days. I actually fell asleep before 10:00 last night

Woke up and did a little exercise this morning. Was able to get 45 minutes of a jog/walk. It was very rough. Still feeling like I have absolutely no energy.

I am really not looking forward to the weekend. I have been struggling with food and drinks on the weekend. Hopefully I will be able to keep everything in prospective and not go above my flex points for the weekend.

Did not do well over the weekend. Had my daughter's dance recital on Saturday that involved a small get together afterwards. It involved bad food, beer and wine. Probably used all 32 flex points and then some. Did get 60 minutes of exercise in though. At least the weekend was not a complete disaster. Wait I forgot about our trip to the Italian Bistro on Sunday! Linner was good. Only ate half of the plate of Chili Chicken Rigatoni but probably went over my points.

Monday back on the stick!!! Stayed within my WW points and did 60 minutes of Kickboxing! I love that class! Hopefully I will see the results that people claim. Did not get my exercise in yet today. Plan on doing the treadmill tonight.

Did not update my journal for Thursday but definitely was on program. Yesterday is another story. Took the day off from work and started it with a 5/25 mile walk and then a trip to the movies with dh to see Iron Man 2. Did have a diet soda at the movies but no popcorn and no pretzels! Tried to push the workout a little since it was GNO last night. Friday I definitely went over my WW points. The plan was to order a salad. Since we had to sit at the bar (1 1/2 wait for an outside table at 8:00), we went with picky type foods. It was hard to calculate actual calories and points since it was a stand alone establishment. I did have 2 slices of tomato pie and picked at some french fries. I really dont think I ate a full serving of french fries but who knows! Topped that off with 4 beers. I estimated 29 out 22 point allowed.

Was planning on going to Kickboxing tonight but another crazy busy day planned so will head to the treadmill after I am done posting. Planning on doing W4D1 of C25K or may repeat W3 today.
